Kangatraining is a complete workout where both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced. Special attention is also given to the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and correct posture. At Kangatraining we focus on strengthening and rebuilding the parts of our body that were weakened and stretched during pregnancy and childbirth.
Kangatrainers are certified and trained by physiotherapists, midwives and babywearing consultants to ensure the safety and comfort of both mum and baby.
