If you are finding moves, exercises or positions uncomfortable or outside your bodies comfort zone, please stop all together, or continue when the next movement or modification is offered.
Please listen to your instructors cues & modifications offered during online classes.
We also ask that you work in an area that is safe, free of potential hazards & big enough to accommodate the movements of your class.
